Rapid Growth Milestone

Swedish artificial‑intelligence startup Lovable reported that it has surpassed $100 million in annual recurring revenue (ARR) merely eight months after its launch. This achievement makes Lovable the fastest‑growing software company ever, eclipsing the historically rapid growth rates of firms such as Cursor and Wiz.

AI‑Powered No‑Code Platform

Lovable’s generative AI platform enables non‑technical users to build applications or websites using simple text prompts. The system’s goal, as co‑founder Anton Osika explained, is to “build for the 99% who do not create software.” By allowing founders without coding experience to launch successful businesses, Osika says the company is “unlocking a new economy.”

User Adoption

The platform now boasts over 2.3 million active users and more than 10 million projects built on its technology. According to Lovable, more than 100,000 new projects are created each day.

Funding and Valuation

Last week Lovable announced a $200 million Series A round led by Accel, with participation from 20VC, byFounders, Creandum, Hummingbird, and Visionaries Club. The financing valued the startup at $1.8 billion and ranks among the largest Series A rounds ever raised by a European company.

Agentic Capabilities

Lovable also revealed that it is now “fully agentic,” giving the platform the ability to “think through problems, make plans, and proactively take actions like a real developer.” This upgrade lets Lovable search the web for content, debug code, and edit applications with full context — all without human intervention.

Enterprise Offering

The company launched a Business Plan that provides “enterprise‑grade security, privacy, and control,” featuring reusable templates, self‑serve single sign‑on (SSO), private projects, and data opt‑out. Early customers of the Business Plan include Klarna, HubSpot, and Photoroom.

Founder Vision

Despite the rapid growth, Osika said, “we are still just beginning to understand what this means for people and businesses around the world.” He added that AI “is unlocking the potential for people to build easily, create new companies at an unprecedented rate, and have a positive impact on the world.”
