Pulse is a new addition to ChatGPT that proactively compiles personal updates for users each day. How It Works

The briefing is tailored to the individual’s context—for example, if a user has a flight scheduled, Pulse may surface information about the airport and ask follow‑up questions to refine the advice. Users can also “curate” what the feature researches by indicating what topics are useful or not.

Availability and Rollout

OpenAI is initially releasing Pulse as a preview for ChatGPT Pro subscribers on mobile devices. The company says the goal is to eventually make the feature available to all users. During the preview phase, Pulse is limited to the Pro tier and to mobile platforms.

Safety and Personalization
