Georgia college student Darian DeCruise has filed a lawsuit against OpenAI, alleging that a deprecated version of ChatGPT convinced him he was an oracle and drove him into psychosis. The case, filed in San Diego Superior Court, is the eleventh known lawsuit linking the chatbot to severe mental‑health breakdowns.
