The tool is available to all ChatGPT users, regardless of subscription level, and is aimed primarily at high‑school and college students. The launch follows the earlier Study Mode, which encouraged learners to reason through problems rather than receive direct answers, signaling OpenAI’s broader push toward educational AI tools.
